  If you must bank with RBC, avoid this branch. Staff that do not communicate with each other. Unknowledgeable management team with poor customer service. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a bank.

  Having the WORST experience with this bank! They can not even set up simple bank accounts at this location. Already went in for 2 appointments at this location for a couple of inquiries & still nothing has been changed. They have my partner set up with 2 separate RBC accounts (one for east coast, one for west coast) & claim there is no way to merge the accounts? They never answer the phone or get back to us. Caused more problems than fixed!

  call at 7.30pm about our account.... DUH we do not have one.... i called back ..oh your credit card is in the garage!...... RUBBISH
